88 points -- A very pretty nose that is not at all roasted that displays lovely red fruit cut by notes of leather| earth and spice followed by medium weight| nicely defined flavors that are moderately structured but don't possess anywhere near the typical '76 tannic ferocity. This is not a great wine but in the context of the vintage| certainly solid.
