93 points -- ... a massive wine of immense proportions... yet as much oak as there is here, it can't hide the elegance & purity of the ripe orchard fruit that has exactly the same character on the highly toasted but wonderfully deep full-bodied flavors underpinned by ripe citrus infused acidity & huge length... for fans of size, weight & power... I would put this on your short list of the '05 vintage.
